Camp!!

 Hey guys this week we were working on our video from camp, I used this new app called Wevideo, I tried it and it was so much fun using it, well i hope you like it.

Athletics Day!!

 Hey Guys welcome back to my blog post, this week, for buddy reading. We had to write their story.

Yesterday it was athletics day. I loved the high jump because it was fun. My buddy did the high jump first, It was incredible and it was finally home time. So this is the end of my buddy's story.  The other story was   about... Once upon a time. I saw an eagle glowing. The tree is glowing too. When did it glow?  In the dark. It is night.  A little girl came walking to the glowing tree, and the glowing eagle. Okay last but not least, the final story, I ate 2 packets of donuts. Camp Recount

 Kia Ora blogger this week we are writing about what did we do at camp, we had so much fun at camp, I didn't want to go back home because i had so much fun at camp thank you bye!!

On Wednesday the 27th in the morning, I woke up at 6:38 and got ready for camp! When I got to school, ruru students and ruru teachers went on the bus, but we had to go on our tribes. Tribe 1 and 2 were going on the same bus, and Tribe 3 and 4 were on the same bus. I was on the third and fourth bus because I was on the fourth tribe. When we were nearly at living springs, we walked uphill and it was so tiring, and even the teachers were tired. Suddenly we arrived at the living springs!! We were so excited to go to our bunk rooms. My bunk room girls were Jayadh, Karaitiana, Zoe, and last but not least was Victoria. When Karaitiana, Jaydah, Zoe, and Victoria got to our bunk rooms, we were getting our bunk beds ready. When we were done doing that we went orienteering. The first game was that we had to find the letters that were stuck up outside, The next morning there were 4 different rotations. The first one I did was the low ropes, it was so much fun doing the low ropes!!My favorite part of the low ropes were the… like… um… that like when you stand on a shaky log and put a cup of water on your, and you have to walk all the way to the other side. The second rotation that i did was bouldering, bouldering was so much fun because there was a game called shark attack, and we had to play it we had to walk around a chair or a bucket, and then when some call’s out shark attack!! We ran to the rock climbing thing and we had to climb up and whoever fell down lost, but there was a twist, we had to turn our body’s all the way round,but a lot of people fell down so it was just me, Lucas, and Dwayne who won. Okay so that’s it for today bye!!

New Zealand about native plants

 Hey bloggers this week for reading we have been reading about the books a bout camp, there were 8 different books, the 8 different books were the 13 story house, Maurice Gee under the mountain, wonder, Fish in a tree, The boy at the back of the class, The o Trilogy Maurice Gee, the half men of o, Roald Dahl, and last but not least Refuge!! the first create task is that with your teacher, you have to go through the reading maps task. And once you finished the group on, you have to try completing one on yourself, the second create task is that you have to design your bunk label! you had to grab a label template and personalize your name - and there is a lettering examples. The third create task is that you have to read through the different things in nature that are native to New Zealand, you have to also chose one topic and create a Piktochart with 10 facts about it. oh well i hope you enjoy it BA bye!!

 Hey bloggers this week for reading is that we have to look in the different activities to do with china and the Chinese Language. The first create task is that we have to use the play, choose your favorite scene to recreate into a 5-piece comic strip. You can choose to do this digitally or on paper. The second create task is that we had to do is what is an animal that is used in your culture as a symbol? and you also have to write 4-5 sentences, comparing the chines dragon and the animal from your culture .The third create task is that we have to  use the color code, and color in and complete an agamograhg. And last but not least is the last create task, for the last create task we have to write our name using chines characters. And we also have to use the website to find our name, then practice writing it on paper.

Poetry Anthology

 Hey bloggers this week for writing we have been writing about Poetry Anthology. There were 10 poems that we had to do, the first poem is that we have to do was the comparison then the I wish poem, Sound poem, Haiku poem, Tongue twister poem, then the sixth poem is the imagery poem, in the imagery poem we had to brainstorm it. The seventh poem was the mood poem, Acrostic poem, Countdown poem, Diamante poem, Cinquains poem and then last but not least is the limerick poem.

Our first Olympians

 Hey bloggers welcome back to my blog post! this week for for reading we have been doing our create task, that is the Olympian and the Olympian that i chose was Sarah ULmer, she was a best biker, and that is why chosen her! The first create task is that we have to Chose either a NZ or your favorite Olympian, and we have to complete the Olympic champion fact file with information from the twinkle text or online. W also have to Use all the information on here to create a poster on a google drawing, then write 2-3 sentences about why you have chosen your Olympian. The second create task is that we have to choose a country that is participating at the Olympic games. We have to find 20 facts about that country and what events they have entered into for the Olympic games this year. And also you will need independently find information about the country of your choice. And choose a DLO to present the information on your chosen country. And now the third create task is that we had to choose one of the images from the article above. And which country was it from. Also we have to plan and write a persuasive argument to that country on what they should do with their leftover Olympic Arena/Olympic Village. Bye i hope you enjoy it!!
